Abstract
The Catalog contains the data on the energy spectra of solar flare protons at the Earth’s orbit, the synoptical charts of the Sun, the spot group schemes of proton active regions, the schematic time profiles of proton fluxes and the other relevant information. It is intended for the experts in solar-terrestrial physics.

The data are stored in the World Data Center for Solar-Terrestrial Physics, Moscow (http://www.wdcb.ru/stp/index.en.html). Data are freely accessible.
