Abstract
The Catalog contains the information on the particle fluxes from solar flares at the Earth’s orbit and the accompanying electromagnetic radiation and also the characteristics of the corresponding active regions of the Sun. It is intended for the experts in the solar-terrestrial physics.

The data are stored in the World Data Center for Solar-Terrestrial Physics, Moscow (http://www.wdcb.ru/stp/index.en.html). Data are freely accessible.
